退換貨需知
提供退換貨服務
訂購時發票隨貨寄出,需要三聯式發票請先告知,如有退貨請務必附上購買時發票以辦理相關事宜。
我們非常注重消費者的家具購物體驗旅程,這是每個人實現夢想的一刻,金莎夫人家具平台希望盡力協助您,請在購物的任何一個流程感到不滿意的時候 請隨時與我們告知。
貨運寄送如商品有破損,請不要簽收直接退回,我們會再重新寄送新的商品。
專人運送如發現商品有瑕疵,請直接打電話告知,我們會立即連絡廠商,幫您處理換貨問題。
購買後,除非商品有重大瑕疵,並非人為因素破壞毀損,始可辦理退貨,未能接受者,請勿訂購。
如因個人退貨次數過多,金莎夫人家具平台將視情況決定是否暫停出貨,請您體諒辛苦的物流人員,如被設定為黑名單者,本公司則不另行通知。
退貨需於鑑賞期七天內提出申請,恕無法接受退貨。
退貨時應保留贈品及附件完整(如有遺失部分,需酌收費用)。
七天鑑賞期之退貨流程
當下與司機大哥退貨 or 七天鑑賞期內 來訊息告知或(撥打退換貨專線) → 安排配送換貨 → 取得退款 → 完成
若您買錯商品或您想要辦理退貨,請您於收到貨後7天內直接透過電子信箱、電話、傳真等方式告知,我們會安排配送公司與您聯繫,請您將退貨商品包裝妥當,於約定時間提供配送人員取件,並請您保留宅配單據。
請注意,退貨的商品必須為全新狀態且完整包裝 ( 包含商品主體、配件(抱枕、沙發套、椅腳、贈品等 )。
下列情形可能影響您的退貨權限
(1)在不影響檢查商品情形下,將商品主體或包裝、毀損等無法轉售狀況。
(2)在您收到商品之前,已提供您檢查商品之權利。
(3)其他逾越檢查之必要或可歸責於您之事由,致商品有毀損、滅失或變更者。
(4)退貨時請保持商品之原狀,因為這是您的義務!
(5)根據相關法規規定客製化商品是不適用於七天鑑賞期
給您的貼心提示
因大型商品安排車趟配送不易、搬運困難的情形,如配送人員到府後您覺得商品不滿意或者有落差的情況下,請立即告知配送員,可以當場辦理退貨,這樣可以減少因額外物流產生的資源浪費喔!
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at ladykimsa.com@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
